About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring targets for quality, output, and delivery are met.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of production operatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean manufacturing techniques, and quality control systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
