Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operatives to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.

• Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, quality checks, and labor allocation.

Requirements
