Production Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their manufacturing facility in Aberdeen . You will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring that all manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. This role is crucial for maintaining productivity and driving continuous improvement within the production department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management.
