Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain production records and report on daily performance metrics to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and health & safety standards.
• Familiarity with production reporting and record-keeping.
