Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators, ensuring they adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
• Monitor production lines to ensure output targets are met and resolve any immediate operational issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production goals, safety updates, and performance feedback.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Ensure all machinery is operated safely and maintained according to schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely material supply.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
