About the Role

You will act as a key liaison between production staff and the engineering department, providing essential technical support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor technical support to the production team to resolve immediate operational issues.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process optimisation.
• Investigate process deviations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes or equipment modifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in a production support or process engineering role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process control, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
