Production Systems Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production line performance and identify opportunities for improvement in throughput, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, implement, and validate modifications to production systems, equipment, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for production processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and operational teams to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects focused on enhancing production efficiency, automation, or safety.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to monitor production performance and identify trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering or systems engineering role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing process improvements.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CAD software and production simulation tools is a plus.
