Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production workflows and layouts to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance, to implement process changes.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in virtual teams.
