Production Team Lead - Chemical Manufacturing

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, part of Element Solutions Inc, seeks a Production Team Leader to drive daily chemical manufacturing operations in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will supervise equipment, uphold safety and quality, and champion 5S and Lean practices.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, a strong safety mindset, reliability and teamwork, and the ability to cover for the Production Supervisor while pushing for improvements in yield and throughput.
