Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators, ensuring daily targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement immediate solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all team members are properly trained on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily team briefings, track performance, and provide constructive feedback to operators.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a culture of tidiness and adherence to 5S principles.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors on workflow optimization and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment .
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery common in the industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and foster a positive working atmosphere.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a factory setting.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and production metrics.
