About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to guide their manufacturing team in Stoke-on-Trent . You will play a key role in coaching team members, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production operatives, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee daily production activities, monitoring workflow and resource allocation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, conducting regular checks.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to achieve overall production objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and potential remote tasks.
