Program Change Lead: Technology Transformation & Adoption

Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a technology-driven organisation undergoing a major transformation. The role of Change Lead is to drive the people and organisational changes across interconnected workstreams, ensuring adoption of new technology, processes and ways of working.

You will develop and lead the change strategy, manage stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, coaches, and sponsors to secure buy-in and successful outcomes across the programme.
