Program Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and lead key initiatives for their charitable organization based in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programs designed to achieve specific social impact goals. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing project lifecycles, stakeholders, and resources, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching mission and objectives. You will work both remotely and from the office to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, planning, and implementation of strategic programs and projects.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in program management or project management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
