About the Role

This role operates on a hybrid model, offering a balance of collaborative office work and independent remote tasks. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of impactful programs designed to serve the community and advance our client's mission. This is a critical leadership position within the organization, driving progress and ensuring the successful delivery of vital services throughout West Yorkshire .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop program plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage program staff and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Significant experience in program management , preferably within the non-profit or charitable sector.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with hybrid work environments and strong remote collaboration skills.
