Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the charitable sector or non-profit organizations.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, meeting objectives and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
