Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of program activities, workshops, and events, both virtual and in-person as required.
• Facilitate communication between program staff, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders.
• Process program-related invoices, expenses, and reimbursements in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably within the non-profit or charity sector.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
