About the Role
Our client requires a highly organised and efficient Programme Administrator to provide essential support for their diverse range of charitable initiatives, operating remotely. This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution of programmes, from initial planning stages through to completion. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication channels with participants, partners, and the internal team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing tasks independently in a virtual environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to the success of our client's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to programme managers and teams.
- Coordinate logistics for programme activities, including scheduling meetings, managing participant communications, and organising resources.
- Maintain accurate programme records, databases, and documentation, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential programme documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing programme-related correspondence and inquiries.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of programme activities.
Requirements
- Proven administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a programme or project support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
