Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Programme Administrator to support their operational activities in Bradford . This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility while ensuring seamless support for key programme initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing the administrative backbone of various projects, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for assigned programmes and projects.
- Manage programme documentation, including maintaining databases, filing systems, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Facilitate communication between programme staff, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other programme-related documents.
- Manage correspondence and respond to inquiries related to programme activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or programme support role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks remotely, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience within the charity or non-profit sector is an advantage.
