Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for the planning and execution of programmes and projects.
- Coordinate programme activities, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and tracking progress.
- Assist in the development of programme documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication among programme teams, beneficiaries, and external partners.
- Maintain programme databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of programme effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme coordination , project support, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting .
