About the Role
Our client seeks a highly organised and motivated Programme Coordinator to manage and support key initiatives within the Charity & Voluntary sector in Cardiff . This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of projects, coordinating activities, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve programme objectives. You will play a vital part in delivering impactful services and ensuring operational efficiency. This is an office-based position, fostering strong team collaboration within our Cardiff hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various charitable programmes and projects.
- Liaise with project managers, beneficiaries, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage programme budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
- Organise meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring logistical arrangements are seamless.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, records, and databases.
- Support the development of new programme proposals and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme or project coordination, preferably within the Charity & Voluntary sector.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment in Cardiff .
