About the Role
Our client, a leading charity dedicated to promoting educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Cambridge , is seeking an organised and proactive Programme Coordinator . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of the charity's educational programmes. You will work closely with educators, volunteers, and beneficiaries to deliver impactful learning experiences and track progress towards organisational goals within Cambridgeshire . Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of educational programmes, including scheduling sessions, managing resources, and liaising with tutors and volunteers.
- Support the development and refinement of programme content and methodologies.
- Liaise with schools, community centres, and other partners to facilitate programme access and participation.
- Monitor programme progress, collect feedback, and assist in evaluating outcomes against objectives.
- Manage programme budgets and maintain accurate records of activities and expenditures.
- Communicate programme updates and impact reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in programme coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in education or the charity sector .
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and project management tools.
- A commitment to improving educational outcomes for children.
- Understanding of the educational landscape in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
