About the Role

Our client, a leading charity dedicated to promoting educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Cambridge , is seeking an organised and proactive Programme Coordinator . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of the charity's educational programmes. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of educational programmes, including scheduling sessions, managing resources, and liaising with tutors and volunteers.
• Support the development and refinement of programme content and methodologies.
• Liaise with schools, community centres, and other partners to facilitate programme access and participation.
• Monitor programme progress, collect feedback, and assist in evaluating outcomes against objectives.
• Manage programme budgets and maintain accurate records of activities and expenditures.
• Communicate programme updates and impact reports to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in programme coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in education or the charity sector .
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and project management tools.
