Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Programme Coordinator to support the effective delivery of their initiatives in Brighton . Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the programme team, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the planning and organization of programme activities, workshops, and events.
- Liaise with participants, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Manage programme resources, including monitoring budgets and processing invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of programme reports and evaluations.
- Maintain and update databases related to programme activities and participant information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinating role, preferably within a charitable organisation or non-profit setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
