An established insurance group is seeking an experienced Programme & Integrations Manager to lead complex business change and post-acquisition integration initiatives across its global operations on a permanent basis.

This is a high-impact, business-facing role for a seasoned professional with deep London Market experience, capable of managing multiple programmes and ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired entities into the group’s operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration programmes across multiple business functions and regions.
• Develop and execute detailed project and integration plans, including timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across Finance, M&A, Legal, and Operations.
• Oversee large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Anticipate and resolve issues, drive delivery, and maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders.

About You

• 10+ years’ programme or integration management experience in the London Market / insurance sector .
• Proven track record delivering large-scale change and M&A integrations.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, contracts, and deal structures.
• Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills up to C-suite level.
