Programme Manager, NPI & Cross-Functional Delivery

Teledyne Qioptiq seeks a Programme Manager to bring structure, pace and sound judgement to technically complex programmes. You will lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Introduction lifecycle, aligning customer needs with design, delivery and commercial commitments.

Responsibilities include integrated planning, risk management, budget control and seamless handover to manufacturing. Experience across defence, aerospace, photonics or precision manufacturing is valued.
