Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of interconnected technology projects, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement programme governance frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, optimising for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor project managers within the programme, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and ensuring clear communication on programme status, risks, and benefits.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between projects within the programme.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with responsibility for multiple projects, particularly in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting at executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, resources, and risks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP qualification is highly desirable.
