About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Programme Manager to lead critical technology initiatives in Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple technology-focused projects within a programme.
• Develop and manage programme roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans to meet strategic objectives.
• Identify and manage programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies across all constituent projects.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to project managers and teams involved in the programme.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including executive leadership in Oxford .
• Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in programme management or senior project management roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-project technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of various technology domains and their strategic implications.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) are highly valued.
