About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of all youth programmes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programme management , preferably within youth work or the charity sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful youth programmes.
• Excellent understanding of youth development principles and safeguarding practices.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities.
