About the Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee key initiatives within their organisation based in Bristol . This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of programmes that align with the charity's mission and strategic goals. You will manage budgets, lead project teams, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to maximise impact. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of assigned programmes, from strategic planning and design to implementation and evaluation.
- Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and adherence to funding requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional project teams to achieve programme objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and funders.
- Monitor programme progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure programmes are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with the organisation's values and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Programme Management or senior project management, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector .
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage complex projects.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bristol .
