Experteer Overview In this role you shape the delivery of transformational real estate programmes across sectors such as health, education and government. You'll lead small to medium initiatives or support large-scale transformations within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring client outcomes and benefits realisation. You apply industry best practice across the programme lifecycle, balancing strategic objectives with delivery realities. - Manage the execution of small to medium real estate programmes and support large-scale transformations with assigned functions to ensure measurable benefits Contribute to programme direction, empowering teams to achieve success Apply standard programme management methodologies, governance and controls within a real estate context, including logs, reporting and secretariat duties Support stakeholder engagement through registers, communication plans and governance processes Assist with programme-level financial management and transparent reporting Understand and apply governance and risk management requirements, and manage health and safety measures Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and support internal team growth and the One Business ethos Tasks Experience in programme management with demonstrated benefits delivery for clients Project delivery background with progression into programme management in real estate/construction Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies in real estate Understanding of construction delivery models, procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT) Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities Analytical mindset with commercial acumen and data/reporting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management tools, dashboards and digital platforms; openness to AI-enabled tools Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (desirable) Professional membership (e.g. MSP) desirable Key requirements great place to work healthy, productive and flexible working environment diversity and inclusion internal networks (LGBT+, Diversity & Inclusion, Race & Ethnicity) opportunity to effect change
