Hybrid working patterns are available, with onsite attendance expected 2 to 3 days per week to

collaborate with colleagues, customers and production teams.

Essential experience of the Programme Manager - Delivery

• Extensive experience managing large, complex heavy engineering programmes from design through to manufacture and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and project controls practices.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing project delivery teams.
• Demonstrable experience delivering customer contracts within complex engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace or defence environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at senior leadership and customer level.

Qualifications for the Programme Manager - Delivery

• Essential:Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Recognised project management qualification such as APM Project Management Qualification, Chartered Project Professional, or equivalent.
• Desirable:Additional programme management, leadership or commercial management qualifications.
