Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, reporting on outcomes and impact to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community consultations to foster engagement and participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in programme management or coordination, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in community development in Leeds .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing.
