Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to programme managers and teams.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities and events.
- Manage programme documentation, including reports, presentations, and databases.
- Liaise with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate programme delivery.
- Support monitoring and evaluation processes by collecting and organizing data.
- Handle logistical arrangements, such as travel bookings, venue hire, and resource procurement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or programme support role, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector .
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a hybrid working model .
