Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Administrator to support project delivery teams based in Liverpool . This role is essential for ensuring projects run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting project planning and execution. You will work closely with project managers and team members, requiring excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adept at managing multiple tasks and contributing to the successful outcome of various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation management.
- Maintain project plans, track progress, and update project status reports as required.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes.
- Manage project-related correspondence and act as a liaison between project team members and stakeholders.
- Organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Assist project managers with resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management administration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar project support role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project management software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
