Job Description
Project Support Coordinator
£30,000 + bonus
West Molesey
Our client is looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join their well-established, growing, and high-end organisation. This is a varied role supporting projects from order confirmation through to production, ensuring all administrative and technical information is accurate and complete. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will help deliver projects on time while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Coordinate project schedules and liaise with internal departments.
Review project documentation to ensure accuracy before production.
Support the preparation of project information and documentation.
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and meet internal quality standards.
Provide administrative support to the wider project team.
Assist with continuous improvements to internal processes.
About You
Previous experience in a project support, project administration, or sales administration role.
Experience working in a technical, construction, manufacturing, or design environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
Competent using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
A proactive, organised and solution-focused approach.
