Role Purpose

Crown Cloud AI Limited is seeking a commercially aware and organised Project & Account Manager to manage customer relationships and coordinate delivery across the company’s technology and AI services.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, the UK leadership team, and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are well planned, clearly communicated, and delivered against agreed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and maintain professional, trusted relationships.
• Coordinate discovery, planning, delivery, review, launch, and ongoing service activities across internal teams.
• Maintain delivery plans, actions, risks, decisions, changes, approvals, reports, and progress updates.
• Identify delivery risks early, coordinate resolutions, and escape material issues appropriately.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service adoption, renewals, maintenance requirements, and account growth opportunities .
• Support proposals, quotations, and controlled changes while working effectively with UK and India teams .
• Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, actions, and communication to ensure clear accountability.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information within approved CRM and delivery systems.

Essential Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project delivery, account management, customer success, or technology services is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple customers, priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders .
• Strong English communication, meeting management, documentation, and presentation skills .
• Working knowledge of delivery tools, CRM systems, and office-productivity platforms .
• Strong commercial awareness, sound judgement, and confidence handling risks, expectations, and difficult conversations .
• Ability to understand digital products and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .

Desirable

• Experience in a software, cloud, AI, automation, digital agency, or professional-services environment .
• Relevant professional qualification or experience supporting contracts, renewals, and recurring services .
• Experience working with distributed or international teams is advantageous.

Employment Conditions

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term appointment .
