Renowned for delivering complex projects within the mission-critical, data centre, infrastructure and specialist construction sectors, the business has developed a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and successful project to continued growth and the award of major European projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager to join their high-performing team on a major data centre development in Europe. Working as part of the delivery team on a €30 million civils package for a hyperscale data centre development, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in one of Europe's fastest-growing construction sectors whilst gaining valuable international project role will suit both ambitious Project Managers and Site Managers who are seeking to progress their career within a growing business that offers long-term opportunities across the European data centre market.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major civils package on a flagship data centre development. Leading the site team, you will oversee project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality standards, commercial objectives and safety targets are achieved. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, site management teams and commercial personnel to coordinate daily site activities, manage project risks, monitor progress and ensure key milestones are delivered on the programme. The role will require regular reporting, stakeholder management, programme reviews and effective leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams operating in a fast-paced project environment.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage labour resources, oversee site logistics and ensure quality standards are achieved throughout closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will monitor progress, manage site documentation, conduct regular inspections and maintain the highest standards of health and safety on site. You will also liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved.
What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will possess a degree or equivalent qualification within Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline and have a proven track record delivering large-scale civil engineering, infrastructure or data centre will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing site teams, subcontractors, project programmes and client relationships. Previous experience working on mission-critical, industrial, energy, pharmaceutical or major infrastructure projects will be highly site management qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, Safe Pass or equivalent will be essential. Previous experience working on international projects or rotational assignments would be beneficial but is not note: This role is with a Northern Ireland based contractor operating on projects across mainland Europe. The employer cannot provide visa sponsorship or work permits.

Candidates must already hold the legal right to work within the EU and be able to travel freely to the country of employment.
