About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Architect with a specialization in residential developments to join their team in Liverpool . This role involves managing residential projects from initial concept and client liaison through to detailed design and on-site supervision. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality living spaces, working on a variety of projects from individual homes to larger multi-unit developments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for residential projects, from concept to completion.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate requirements into successful designs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Oversee construction phases, liaising with contractors and site teams to ensure quality and adherence to design intent.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant planning policies, building regulations, and housing standards .
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively for residential schemes.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio in residential design.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture sector.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of UK residential building regulations and planning procedures.
• Excellent design sensibility and technical detailing skills.
• Strong project management and client communication abilities.
