Job Description
Project Architect – ARB – Residential and Commercial Projects
We’re supporting a design-led London studio seeking a talented Part 3 ARB Project Architect to join their growing team and work on a range of mixed-use and residential projects.
This role is ideal for a technically strong architect with excellent AutoCAD skills and experience delivering UK projects through Stage 4 and Stage 5. Working knowledge of REVIT , SketchUp and Adobe Suite is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate project drawing packages using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Support Stage 4 and Stage 5 technical design delivery
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Produce detailed technical information and drawing packages
- Maintain design quality throughout project delivery
Requirements
- Strong UK residential and mixed use project experience
- Working knowledge of REVIT , SketchUp and Adobe Suite
- Strong technical, coordination and communication skills
- Confident working in collaborative design teams
- Flexible working arrangements
- Hybrid working policy with 2 days working from home
