About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and talented Project Architect to join their expanding practice in Birmingham . This role is crucial for managing the day-to-day progression of diverse architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. You will be the primary point of contact for project teams, coordinating efforts and resolving issues to ensure seamless project execution. This is an ideal opportunity for an architect with proven project management skills who is looking to contribute to significant developments within the West Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the architectural project lifecycle, from initial design through to project completion and handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and local authorities to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Undertake site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase.
Requirements
- Professional architectural qualification (e.g., RIBA Part II or equivalent, with Part III preferred).
- Significant experience in a project architect role, managing complex projects through to completion.
- Proficiency with BIM software, particularly Revit , and other architectural design tools.
- Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and building control procedures.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
