About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking architectural firm based in Manchester , is looking to hire a dynamic Project Architect . This role involves managing multiple projects from the initial design phase through to construction completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and translating their vision into reality. This is a fantastic chance to lead significant projects and make a tangible impact on the built environment, working with a team that champions innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from concept design to post-construction evaluation.
- Lead client meetings, develop project proposals, and present design concepts effectively.
- Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers and M&E specialists.
- Oversee the production of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality control procedures.
- Problem-solve design and construction issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with RIBA or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrable experience in managing diverse architectural projects in the UK.
- Expertise in architectural software suites, including Revit and advanced visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a project team.
