About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Architect to lead key projects within their practice in Bradford . This role offers the chance to manage projects from initial client engagement through to successful completion, ensuring all design, regulatory, and contractual requirements are met. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and upholding the firm's commitment to innovative and sustainable design. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and direct project teams, including architects, technicians, and external consultants.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, planning laws, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and final documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with substantial experience in project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver them successfully.
- Proficiency in BIM software and standard architectural design packages.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and construction procurement methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment based in Bradford .
