About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Architect to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham . This role offers the exciting opportunity to manage a variety of building projects, from initial design stages through to final construction. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions, ensuring compliance with all relevant building standards and regulations within the West Midlands . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and produce detailed architectural designs, including drawings, models, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Undertake site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
• Manage client communications, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all project documentation is meticulously maintained and complies with legal and professional standards.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with a degree in Architecture and professional accreditation (e.g., ARB registration).
• Proven experience as a Project Architect, managing diverse building typologies.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local planning and building control procedures in the UK .
