About the Role
Our client is actively recruiting a skilled Project Architect to lead and manage a portfolio of exciting architectural projects. This role is integral to our firm's success, requiring a proactive approach to design, client liaison, and project coordination within a fully remote operational framework. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring designs meet stringent quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept design to final construction administration.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, planning regulations, and standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams in a virtual environment, fostering clear communication and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture and a recognized architectural qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect or in a similar project management role.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit and AutoCAD .
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships remotely.
