About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Project Architect to manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects from their office in Wolverhampton . This role demands strong organisational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects from initial client engagement through to practical completion. You will be responsible for coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest architectural standards. Our client values proactive problem-solving and collaborative working, offering a hybrid model that balances effective teamwork with personal flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate and lead design team meetings, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue tender documentation, and manage the tendering process.
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction phase support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant planning permissions, building regulations, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent) with current professional registration.
- Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience in project running.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant architectural software.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects in the UK construction market.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
