About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects from inception through to final handover, ensuring quality and adherence to project goals.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, surveyors, and urban planners.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with building codes, planning regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing queries promptly.
• Contribute to the firm's design ethos and technical development through innovation and best practice.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with relevant professional accreditation (e.g., ARB/RIBA).
• Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Architect, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning applications processes.
• Experience in tender documentation and contract administration.
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
