About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Architect to manage and deliver exciting architectural projects from their office in Manchester . You will take ownership of projects, coordinating design teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception and design to construction and handover.
- Coordinate and lead design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant planning policies, building regulations, and technical standards.
- Oversee site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent).
- Significant experience, ideally 5-7 years, in a similar project architect role.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
- Experience with various contract types and procurement methods.
