Project Architect

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception and design to construction and handover.
• Coordinate and lead design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant planning policies, building regulations, and technical standards.
• Oversee site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• Significant experience, ideally 5-7 years, in a similar project architect role.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
• Experience with various contract types and procurement methods.
