Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through to completion.

• Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contract administration.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with proven experience as a Project Architect .
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and contract management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including BIM (e.g., Revit) is essential.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
