About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Project Architect to manage and deliver a variety of exciting projects from inception to completion in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards, and project deadlines. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from initial design through to final construction.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and other project team members.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Requirements
- RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect or senior role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning procedures.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
