About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Project Architect to lead and manage a variety of exciting architectural projects from inception to completion. Based in Reading , this role requires a blend of strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and excellent client-facing skills. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring high standards are met.
- Manage project teams, including architects, technologists, and administrative staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with substantial experience in project leadership.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to post-completion.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a hybrid team structure, balancing office and remote tasks.
