Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring design integrity and project delivery.

• Liaise effectively with clients, local authorities, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on construction progress and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and other specialists to integrate services into the design.
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with extensive experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in developing architectural designs for complex projects.
• Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations and planning processes.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing project teams.
